Please note that by browsing our website or placing an order via the Stuart Cantor Photography Shop you are bound by the following terms and condition. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME

We are a custom made to order business. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of those prints which form part of a limited edition series (we endeavor to ensure all products listed on our website are available).

We estimate production time of up to 2 weeks for unframed prints, and between 3-4 weeks for framed prints. Should you require your art more immediately please contact stuart@stuartcantorphotography.com

PRICING

All pricing listed on the website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless stated otherwise for overseas deliveries).

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Prices for items are fixed once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping or delivery charges are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Payments made via the Stuart Cantor Photography website are processed using a third party payment gateway, Stripe. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Stuart Cantor Photography is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

PRIVACY

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

If after you opt-in, you change your mind; you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time. Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Stuart Cantor Photography.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. All of our products are printed and framed on order, so please select your products carefully, as there are no refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please contact us at info@stuartcantorphotography.com to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Intellectual Property in any material on the website is the property of Stuart Cantor Photography. All right reserved. Unless expressly authorised by Stuart Cantor Photography or otherwise, you may not reproduce adapt, modify, display, perform or distribute any material or any part of any material on our website.
